How to Use the FS-300 Manual Impulse Sealer
- Plug in the correct voltage (110V or 220V) – select your plug type.
- Place the open bag end on the lower sealing platform.
- Push down the handle completely – the impulse cycle starts automatically.
- Wait 1–2 seconds (depending on timer setting), then release the handle.
- Remove the sealed bag – it will be warm but perfectly fused.
Pro Tip: For thicker bags (0.5–0.8mm), increase heating time. For very thin films, keep it below 0.5 seconds to avoid melting.
